Couples Connect : A Deeper Bond Workshop

Couples Connect: A Deeper Bond Workshop for Couples is based off of Dr. John Gottman’s New York Times bestselling book – The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. He has compiled 40+ years of empirically-validated research and developed an approach that not only supports and repairs troubled marriages, but strengthens happy ones.

About this Workshop:

Couples Connect is a 12 hour educational workshop provided over 6 weeks (2 hours/week). It is designed to be interactive and skills-based, offered through lectures and private couple exercises. As this is not group therapy, participants will not share their personal problems in front of others. Registration includes the book The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work and two workbooks. The workshop is currently being offered through the Office of Life, Marriage, and Family of the Archdiocese of Vancouver.
